Abstract In order to find out the distribution of water-bearing abnormal bodies inside and outside a certain range of No.174401 face and hidden geological structures ( collapse columns, faults, coal seam thinning zones, etc. ) inside the working face in Dashucun Mine, a comprehensive survey of the fully mechanized mining face was carried out by using comprehensive geophysical exploration technology. The quality of the original data collected was qualified and effective. After the analysis of the later professional data processing software, one hidden geological structure anomaly area and one water-bearing anomaly area were determined in the working face, which effectively solved the hydrological and geological problems that threatened the safe mining of the working face and provided technical support for the later safe mining of the working face.
