Abstract 21112 fully mechanized working face in Dongpang Mine of Jizhong Energy Resources Group Co., Ltd. is taken as the research object. There are many supports in this working face, and the geological conditions are complex. The transportation distance is long, and the transportation curves are many and undulating. There are many problems, such as many scattered supports before the support goes down the well, difficult transportation, high cost, and how to transport and unload the support after assembly. In view of these problems, through many analysis and research, the various aspects of 21112 working face installation in Dongpang Mine are optimized, the overall arrangement and deployment are arranged, and a set of reasonable, safe and efficient working face installation technology is summarized.
