Abstract Based on the purpose of improving the utilization rate of water resources, reducing the demand for primary water and reducing sewage discharge, the methanol branch of a company has built a set of reclaimed water reuse device in the sewage plant.In order to avoid fouling of reverse osmosis membrane, a pre-treatment system was added. The combined process of "pretreatment + ultrafiltration + reverse osmosis" was adopted to further treat the water after biochemical treatment, which solves the problem of large sewage discharge of the company, achives the purpose of saving water, and can reduce the external discharge of about 250 m3/h. The effluent quality meets the index requirements of circulating water make-up water, and the primary water consumption can be saved about 250 m3/h.
