Abstract Taking the reducer of Shaping Coal Washing Plant as the research object, the reliability of the key parts of the reducer is analyzed based on DPS module in ANSYS analysis software, and the reliability of the reducer system is analyzed based on RD theory, which provides theoretical guidance for ensuring the production efficiency of the coal washing plant.
