Abstract The current research on underground personnel trajectory data lacks the identification of violations for coal mine leaders to go down the shaft with shifts and the identification of violations for overtime operations by operators. Based on the data of the underground personnel positioning system, an identification method for judging whether coal mine leaders go down the shaft in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and whether the operators work overtime was given. It focused on identifying whether the mine leader takes the shift to go down the shaft and whether the previous shift leader was handed over in the underground , whether there were the above four scenarios of arranging others to go down the mine(in the case of punching in on behalf of the card), and whether the operator is working overtime. The identification results of this method can intuitively reflect the situation of coal mine leaders taking the class to go down in the form of graphs, which can help supervisory units monitor in real time, help coal mines find hidden dangers, promote coal mines to improve their management level, and clarify the division of powers and responsibilities, thereby assisting coal mines in safe production.
