Abstract The oil-rich anti-benzene recycling system was completed by the equipment to recycle benzene substances in gas by distillation. The stable operation of crude benzene system was affected directly by the balance of benzene washing and benzene heat load. The control of gas temperature, poor oil temperature and oil-rich temperature system was unbalanced, which is easy to increase energy consumption and wastewater production. Through process systerm optimization and heat load adjustment, the best state of the energy utilization rate is improved and the economic benefit is maximized.
