Abstract

In order to solve the problem of the condensate waste caused by pipe vibration, leakage and heat imbalance in condensate recovery unit of Shouyang Chemical Industry Corporation Ltd, the causes of the problems were analyzed, and the corresponding technical transformation was carried out to eliminate the vibration of the pipeline, reduce the waste of the condensate, and obtain good economic benefits.
