This paper introduces the working parameters, working principle and working process of ZLDOG-1000G Nitrogen Chiller, through the comparative analysis of the effect before and after the use of ZLDOG-1000G type nitrogen cooler, it showed that the excellent performance of nitrogen cooler, low temperature nitrogen injection to prevent the natural ignition of the coal seam was effective, which ensured the safe production of mines.
