With the further expansion of the main roadway of the Huangling Mining No. 1 Mine auxiliary transportation system, the transportation environment was becoming more and more complicated, with poor visibility underground, the driver's vision was limited when reversing and turning, could not effectively observe the situation of obstacles behind and around the vehicle, with certain safety risks. In view of this situation, according to the technical characteristics of the ground reversing image and the condition of the multifunctional vehicle, a camera and a reversing radar should be installed on the body of the multifunctional vehicle, and a display in the cab to form a reversing imaging system. During the actual installation and use of the reversing image, there were many technical problems such as narrow installation space, easy-to-fuse communication cables and delayed display. By constructing installation holes in the cabin, laying communication cables under the engine and adding generators, ensured the normal use of the system.
