Abstract Glycosylated hemoglobin was detected by glycosylated hemoglobin analyzer. At present, the state has not issued the verification regulation or calibration specification of glycosylated hemoglobin analyzer. In order to meet the requirements of medical industry for the measurement and detection of the instrument, this calibration method has been developed, and the measurement uncertainty of the calibration result of indication error has been evaluated.
