Abstract Xingdong Mine, as one of the mines with the deepest mining depth in North China, is greatly threatened by the water damage from Austrian ash. As the mining depth of the mine increases year by year, it can withstand karst water pressure up to 12.3 MPa. Under the condition of ultra-high pressure water, the probability of water inrush in the mine greatly increased. In view of this situation, based on the past geological and hydrogeological exploration data of Xingdong Minefield, the influencing factors and dangers of water inrush from the karst water floor under high pressure water conditions were analyzed to provide a basis for mine water prevention work.
