H2/CO Deep Cooling is the separation using different boiling points of each material, More than 99.5% high purity CO syngas can be obtained by removing H2, N2, CH4 from the raw gas.This paper mainly introduces the problems in the operation of  Deep Cooling unit and its treatment methods, to optimize the process operation to meet the requirements of downstream.
