Based on the extra geological exploration of Ping’an Mine, the safe coal column design in hidden working face was set up, the coal column thickness under different mining height was calculated, the mining technology and water prevention and control were given, realizing the safe mining, releasing a large amount of coal resource, extending the serving year of the mine, with obvious economic and social benefits.
