Abstract In order to solve gas overrun in upper corner of high gas fully mechanized working face ventilation, based on n ventilation and gas control in 8304 without coal pillar working face mining in Tashan Mine, the ventilation system based on Y type ventilation was optimized, improving the efficient air volume, deducting the hidden danger due to less air volume, solving the gas overrun problem, with safe production and working environment.
