Abstract Ventilator as a major coal mine equipment,responsible for the underground transport of fresh air and discharge of turbid air, coal dust, dust, gas and other polluting gas main task, the mine ventilation is also the main energy-consuming equipment in mining equipment. the mine ventilation monitoring system was taken as the research object,combined with the current mine layout,ventilation requirements and energy consumption indicators,the ventilation system research and design, system hardware and software part were designed in detail,and the inverter was applied to the control of the fan. Through the analysis of the practical application results, the system has the advantages of simple operation,high reliability and low energy consumption, with obvious economic benefit.
