Anchor bolt, as an important support technology, the small interval and array pitch and big intensity of support would affect the mining speed and increase the support cost and support difficult. Based on this problem, a mining working face was taken as example, the economic support was optimized, the partial optimization  in support system under the minimum support strength was conducted to reduce roadway support strength, improve the support system integrity and lower the cost.
