Abstract Based on the problems of lubricating grease used in hydraulic support assembly process, the novel water-soluble grease has been developed, which can reduce wear, oil separation, plugging and so on. The ideal effect has been achieved. The technology has important practical value for reducing the comprehensive cost of coal mine and promoting safe mining.
