Abstract The new end head hydraulic support was applied to the lower end of 260 fully mechanized caving mining face in Fengfeng Mining Group Corporation, its main technical features and arrangement of the end support for the 260 working face and 260 working face of the mine were described, operation of the new end support support and application of end support were analyzed. At the same time, recovery rate of raw coal was improved as well.
