Based on brief introduction of coal mine conveyor, comparing coal mine conveyor at home and abroad and its existing problems, a design of coal mine conveyor with PLC frequency converting control was put forward. It realized automation and intelligence of control system, as well as solved the problem of how to start and stop smoothly and change?illimitably of drive motor. This conveyor had features of powerful function, good expansibility, convenient to use, reducing energy consumption and high performance price ratio, which was suitable for coal mine production work.
