Mechanical and electrical transport was an important link of coke production. With the efficiently development of coke industry, its dependence on mechanical and electrical equipment was also increasing, which required higher standards for quality and safety management. However, breakdown easily occurred on account of high load operation in coke transport tape, which not only affected plant operation of whole electromechanical device, but also influenced quality of entire transportation work. As a result, safety supervision and prevention measures should be strengthened to guarantee efficient operation of electromechanical device.
