Development history of wireless charging technology was introduced in this paper. 4 principles of this technology were  elaborated which were electromagnetic induction type （MI）, magnetic resonance type （MR）, radio wave type, electric field linkage type. Standard and application status of wireless charging technology were analyzed, its development trend was also prospected.
