8502 working face in Tunlan Mine was inclined fully mechanized mining face and strata behaviors existed in mining process. In order to ensure safety production, lay a foundation for working resistance of support and equipment type selection in mining process, the method of UDEC numerical simulation was used to study strata behaviors in inclined fully mechanized caving face. The results showed that when inclined mining technology was employed to working face, its initial pressure was about 44 MPa and periodic pressure was about 40MPa, which realized direct roof with mining, its first weighting interval of main roof was about 35m and periodic weighting interval was 15m.
