A comprehensive utilization method of humid coal ash and sludge in the coal to olefins project was introduced, that is the humid coal ash of coal gasification plant and the sludge of sewage treatment plant were mixed into paste, then delivered to power station through the same like to coal slurry blending device and burned for power generation in circulating fluidized bed boiler. This method can both reduce the humid coal ash emissions and save the fuel coal, at the same time, the sludge and humid coal ash can be mixed and burned, organic pollutants in sewage sludge can be degraded into harmless inorganic substance, the environmental pollution and solid waste emissions can be reduced, and good economic benefits can be obtained, the process is worth promoting in the coal to olefins industry.
