Abstract In main ventilator control system, the traditional water power resistance starting ventilator has lots of flaws. Based on this problem, the application of HIVERT digital control of high voltage frequency conversion system in main ventilator was introduced, illustrating speed control principle, system structure and the power unit, advantages of frequency conversion system by making comparison with the equipment of traditional water power resistance starting ventilator.
