In order to form the ventilation system as soon as possible and reduce ventilation system of No.11 mining area in Xiandewang Mine, blasting mining was conducted in concentrated transportation roadway. To improve mining rate and reduce the loss of coal resources, cushion warehouse with 3 t bottom-dump mining car was used to transport coal and material, the transportation system was optimized. The application on the site showed that the optimized transportation system with high efficiency, reduced the transportation accident rate.
