Abstract Xinlu coal mine lies in the center of Hegang coal mine area, its coal-bearing strata is Shitouhezi Formation of Lower Cretaceous and structure is development. After analysis of hydrogeological conditions of Xinlu coal mine, this paper points out that conglomerate fracture water of Shitoumiaozi Formation has become one of the major hazards in mine production. Threaten the main aquifer of mine-Conglomerate aquifer water partition has been realized, combined with regional distribution of water quality index by the powerful spatial analysis function of geographic information system coupled with the analytic hierarchy process. In order to provide direct basis for the safety in production.
