In order to ensure the security and economic operation in LNG filling station, combining with the existing domestic equipment suppliers process package and actual operation situation of built LNG filling station, the Bernoulli equation between LNG reservoir and LNG immersed pump pool pump suction port was established. Through engineering calculation, the required minimum installation height difference between LNG filling station immersed pump pool pump suction port and tank minimum level was analyzed. Combined with domestic equipment supply situation, when adopting different types of tanks in the LNG filling station, the design size of tank fluid port and the basic minimum installation height design requirement of tank were given. It is recommended that when conditions permit, try to adopt vertical storage tanks in LNG filling station.
