| Study on Wear Failure Form of Coal Mining Machinery and Laser Cladding |

Abstract Based on mining machinery wear failure, the wear failure form of coal mining machinery was analyzed, the result showed that the main reason of the failure was wear, The uniqueness of laser cladding can strengthen the surface of wear parts in coal mining machinery, thus enhance the wear resistance of the machinery by improving the surface performance of the part. Surface engineering of laser cladding technology was introduced, the numerical simulation and its temperature-field analysis were obtained during the process of laser cladding on 45 steel's surface with Ni60+15%WC compound powder by birth and death of ANSYS software. The results showed that the metallurgical bonding was consist of cladding coating and matrix, each point's temperature keeps pace with the heat resource's move and quasistationary temperature distribution was formed in process.
