In order to solve coal layer loading, low heat value of coal,  unreasonable personnel division in coal ground separation system, the design, manufacture and installation of the equipment simplified production, improved coal preparation quality and coal load power and achieved good economic benefit. High strength wear resistant steel, crusher, belt transmission equipment material selection in the transformation were analyzed.
