Abstract Based on the study of the traditional production process of polished grain mounts, it was found that the traditional polished grain mounts production process has some defeats , some defects in detail were summarized, a production of polished grain mounts device was proposed, the ultrasound technology to optimize production was introduced, the results showed that polished grain mounts device can achieve rapid production of polished grain mounts and ensure the quality of polished grain mounts at same time.
