| The Character of Stratigraphic Sequence of the Main Coal-bearing Strata in North Anhui |

Abstract The coalfield in north of Anhui province is one of the biggest coal bases of China. It is very important to study the stratigraphic sequence of coal-bearing strata for predicting and exploring coal resources. Through the analysis and comparison of coalfield typical drilling hole section sequence stratum in Huainan-huaibei coalfield, 7 kinds of sequence boundaries were recognized based on regional unconformity surface, local erosion unconformity, transgressive direction and sedimentary system transformation, distributary channel incised valley erosion surface. According to the interface, combined with the initial flooding surfaces and the sea surface the 6 third order sequences and 12 system tracts are distinguished in C-P coal-bearing strata in north Anhui.
