Through studying goaf roof migration rule, roof fall zone, fracture zone, curve subsidence zone were divided from upper goaf, goaf roof fall zone and fracture zone place were settled, high level borehole was constructed, fracture zone gas was positioned and extracted, with effective sealing, which achieved the expected effect of high gas extraction. High level borehole goaf gas extraction is a new, feasible and economic technology, which exerts big influence on goaf gas control and power generation of Liangbei Mine.
