n order to reduce coal preparation plant flotation machine reagent consumption, based on the uneven material in pulp conditioner, unreasonable chemical feeding and preparation technology, changing pulp preparation and atomization, the introduction of new equipment desliming screen, cyclone were put forward, CSS coarse coal slime separator improved coarse coal slime system process. The result showed that transformation reduced tons of raw coal fuel consumption loss amount,  reduced energy saving and consumption and made float and product stable, with less floatation chemical feeding.
