Through analyzing "Three wastes" treatment situation of Chengde Iron and steel Coporation Ltd.,it was pointed out the production process and the critical path of realizing  sustainable development of vanadium industry vanadium oxide, the clean efficient production technology of vanadium oxide is realized the key to the future development and growth of vanadium industry;the development of new efficient and environmentally friendly vanadium technologies have broad prospects;the key to achieving clean production is realizing the closed cycle of waste water, waste gas and tailings in order to reduce energy consumption and environmental pollution.
