Raw coal of Huaibei coal preparation plant was from mines nearby, the coal stability was poor, the coal blending into the wash could deal with this problem. The distribution warehouse workshop earlier used artificial coal blending, subjective error was obvious, with slow system response. With the emergence of PLC and frequency conversion technology, could realize the automation of distribution warehouse. Western coal preparation plant raw coal workshop warehouse system was introduced, and the improvement opinions were put forward based on this point.
